Update

So, having two kids is double the work and I'm a slacker with updating. The past month has been a busy one. We finally got our salon finished in our basement. It's been so nice, I've loved doing hair more then ever! Brooks turned 25 on the 27th! I can't believe that he is that old! He wanted to go on a date for his birthday and we still haven't gone, because of everything that we have been doing. So, hopefully we'll get to go soon. Then, it was Halloween. Mac was a cowboy and Briggs was an indian. I don't have the pictures yet but as soon as I get them I will post them. The next day we blessed Briggs and then Mac's 2nd birthday was on the fifth. He is really into the movie "Cars" right now and so that's the birthday he had. Here are some of the pictures from the past few weeks, enjoy!

Briggs Camp Christiansen!

Briggs is here! He was born 9/9/09 and was 9lbs and 19 1/2 inches long. He is such an angel and I am so grateful that he is here and healthy. Here are some long past due pictures, enjoy!

Utah, the King Reunion, the cabin, and the 4th of July!

I got to come home for a little bit this summer because of doctor's appointments. While we were in Utah the King's (my mom's side of the family) had a reunion. I was glad we were able to go because I miss it every year because we are always gone for summer sales. My family has a cabin close to where the reunion was held. So, it was nice to get to go there because I always miss the numerous trips that my family takes to go there in the summer time.

This is White Lightning. He is at the reunion every year and the kids love him.

Mac loved these cute little sheep dog puppies that one of my uncles brought

On the 4th, we went to the parade in the town right next to the cabin. I've never been to it so, I'm glad that we got to go. Mac loved the cici's (horsies)

We spent the day four wheeling. This is the Resevoir. We come down here on the four wheelers so, the kids can throw rocks in the water. They love it would stay here all day if they could.

Here we are waiting for the fireworks over the Lake in the town my mom grew up in.

Watching the fireworks!

San Antonio

While we are here in Austin we wanted to go to San Antonio since it isn't very far away. It was a really neat city. First we went and saw the Alamo. To be honest, I didn't know much about it so, it was fun to learn what happened there. Then we did some shopping on the river walk and took a boat tour to learn a little more about the area. Afer that we went to dinner and then by that time we were all exhausted from the hundred and six degree weather we had all day so, we took off. Here's a few pictures of the day.

This is the river walk. It's a few feet below ground level. It's really cool at night.

Just some neat buildings

Austin Zoo

The Park

Here's the park that's just a few minutes away from our apartment. It has a pond with ducks and geese and a little playground. Mac loves it.
